There is an often-overlooked crisis in the United States– a significant shortage of Skilled Trade Workers. While some have coined the term “forgotten workers”, we consider them the builders of this nation’s future.
With over 31 million skilled trade jobs vacant as of 2020, companies throughout the United States are struggling to staff their teams fully. Many companies are forced to reject new projects, miss critical customer deadlines, and even permanently close their doors due to this shortage.
Our goal at Trade Jobs USA is to help these companies connect with the most qualified skilled trade workers in the country while streamlining the process to make successful employment possible. Our mission is to help both employers and employees by alleviating the job shortage within the “Blue Collar” workforce.

Efficient– We aim to provide a seamless platform for both employers and job seekers to offer a fast and easy way to connect.
Why Trade Jobs USA Was Started
There is a massive skilled trades labor shortage in the United States predominantly driven by a mass exit of “baby boomers” retiring from the sector. From small private family-owned businesses to national corporations, companies across the US are struggling to connect with qualified, skilled tradespeople. While there are many generic job boards available for job searches, only a handful focus on specific “blue-collar” fields. Trade Jobs USA was created to cater to the skilled trade workforce by focusing on providing a dedicated employment website for the Trades industry and providing sector-specific updates such as labor statistics and trends, as well as other helpful information for both job seekers and employers.
